Professional Education Program Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Professional Education Program Manager to lead the development and execution of educational programs for healthcare professionals.
This role is responsible for managing both live and virtual educational initiatives, including major conferences and ongoing learning opportunities. The ideal candidate will help expand PHA's reach and ensure the delivery of high -quality educational experi ences for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
This position reports to the Director, Professional Education and works cross -functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and execution of professional education programs, including live and virtual offerings
  • Develop and curate continuing education content for healthcare professionals
  • Oversee accreditation processes for continuing medical education (CME) programs
  • Coordinate speaker selection, abstract submissions, and review processes
  • Facilitate and manage volunteer committees and professional stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the organization's Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Track, evaluate, and report on program performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote programs and increase participation
  • Support documentation and compliance requirements related to accreditation
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external partners
  • Represent PHA at industry events and professional meetings
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of program management experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings
  • Bachelor's degree required (public health, science, or related field preferred)
  • Experience with adult learning principles and learning management systems preferred
  • Knowledge of continuing medical education (CME) and accreditation processes is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
