We’re looking for a detail-driven Website Production Specialist with a sharp eye for consistency and a passion for clean, polished web experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for uploading and maintaining marketing content within a WordPress environment for one of our SaaS clients. While the content is provided, your job is to ensure it’s formatted perfectly, looks great across devices, and aligns with brand standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Upload and format finished marketing content into WordPress using the Gutenberg editor
• Format and resize images for optimal display and web performance
• Ensure accurate implementation of metadata, categories, and tags
• Make updates to existing website pages as needed
• Perform quality assurance checks before content goes live
• Troubleshoot layout or display issues across browsers and devices
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and formatting standards
• Ensure responsive design principles are upheld throughout content updates

WHAT YOU BRING
✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress content management
✅ Proficiency in the Gutenberg editor and basic HTML/CSS for formatting tweaks
✅ Familiarity with image editing tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar
✅ Understanding of web accessibility and responsive design best practices
✅ Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
✅ Ability to troubleshoot layout issues across device types and browsers
✅ Familiarity with common WordPress plugins
✅ Reliable, efficient, and great at hitting deadlines
