We are looking for a detail‑oriented and technically skilled CAD / Revit Drafter to support the development of accurate and high‑quality technical drawings and project documentation. This role requires strong collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities*
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD and Revit
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness
- Review, revise, and update designs to meet project specifications and requirements
- Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing sets
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and design packages*
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a CAD/Revit Drafter or similar role
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit software
- Strong understanding of technical drawing and construction documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
