Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 3–6+ years of significant law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, and related energy matters
- Experience advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users
- Familiarity with digital infrastructure, co-located generation, or large-scale energy procurement matters
- Experience with FERC or state public utility commission proceedings
