Join us as Sales and Client Enablement Manager, based in Singapore! As we continue to scale globally, this role sits at the heart of our revenue organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you will drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and play a key role in shaping how we bring our solutions to market.
Requirements
- Build and grow a strong pipeline by identifying and developing new clients, markets, and segments through structured outreach and strategic prospecting.
- Unlock growth within our existing client base by identifying and executing cross- and upselling opportunities as our product offering evolves.
- Create and deliver tailored, high-impact sales materials and product demonstrations, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Drive commercial discussions and support the negotiation and closing of complex enterprise agreements.
- Act as a key connector across teams, aligning Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure smooth execution of global client setups.
- Support and oversee onboarding processes, working closely with Customer Success and Service Delivery to ensure an excellent client experience from day one.
- Travel internationally (approximately bi-weekly to monthly) for client meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration, including time at our Hamburg headquarters.
