Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing customer relationships as well as acquiring new business partners. You will play a key role in strengthening our market position and achieving sustainable revenue targets. You will work closely with other departments to develop and implement customer-oriented solutions.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships through regular communication and tailored consulting
  • Acquire new customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare offers, conduct negotiations, and close contracts
  • Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions
  • Monitor sales processes and ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to optimize the sales strategy
  • Participate in trade fairs, events, and presentations to represent the company

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, sales, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent working style, goal orientation, and assertiveness
  • Analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as CRM systems
  • Knowledge of marketing is optional but an advantage
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English is desirable
