We are looking for a dedicated Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing customer relationships as well as acquiring new business partners. You will play a key role in strengthening our market position and achieving sustainable revenue targets. Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships through regular communication and tailored consulting
- Acquire new customers and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare offers, conduct negotiations, and close contracts
- Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions
- Monitor sales processes and ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to optimize the sales strategy
- Participate in trade fairs, events, and presentations to represent the company
Qualifications
- Degree in business, sales, or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent working style, goal orientation, and assertiveness
- Analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as CRM systems
- Knowledge of marketing is optional but an advantage
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English is desirable
