We are seeking an experienced Lead Android Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all stages of the Android application development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment. This role involves strategic decision-making, team leadership, and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design, architecture, and development of Android applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals.
Mentor and lead a team of Android developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Optimize application performance and ensure a high standard of code quality.
Participate in client discussions and provide technical expertise to aid in decision-making.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Android development, with proven leadership experience.
Expert proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK.
Strong background in architectural patterns, dependency injection, and unit testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
