Our Customer Success team plays a critical role in ensuring customers adopt these solutions successfully and realize their long-term value. As a Solution Enablement Specialist focused on ReadCube and Overleaf, you will design and deliver impactful training experiences that address the needs of both individual users (B2C) and institutional/enterprise customers (corporate, academic, and government). You’ll collaborate with Customer Engagement, Support, Product, and Solutions teams to identify learning needs, build scalable resources, and deliver live or asynchronous training that accelerates onboarding, deepens product usage, and improves retention.
This is a hands-on role where your ability to translate technical features into real-world, value-driven use cases for diverse audiences will have a measurable impact on adoption and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and deliver engaging training experiences (live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, recorded modules) tailored to both B2C and Enterprise customer workflows.
- Personally deliver training sessions for customers when needed, ensuring a high-quality and engaging learning experience.
- Develop content such as slide decks, job aids, guided walkthroughs, and checklists—incorporating product-specific examples relevant to researchers, institutions, and enterprises.
- Partner with Engagement and Delivery leads to understand onboarding challenges, adoption gaps, and underused product features across markets.
- Stay current on ReadCube and Overleaf product enhancements, maintaining solution expertise and contributing to timely learning updates.
- Contribute to a central learning library (Skilljar and other platforms), ensuring resources are version-controlled, measurable, and reusable globally.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs (Product, Support, Marketing, and Sales Enablement) to ensure consistency and accuracy in training content.
- Leverage feedback, support insights, and usage data to refine training content and delivery cadence for maximum impact.
- Support customer events, webinars, and advocacy/community initiatives, representing ReadCube and Overleaf learning best practices.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 3+ years’ experience in customer education, customer success, learning & development, or product training—preferably in a SaaS, research, or publishing environment.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with proven ability to engage audiences ranging from individual users to enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical product features into clear, value-focused learning for both technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with training and content creation tools (e.g., Google Slides, Loom, Articulate, Camtasia, or equivalent).
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or digital learning delivery platforms.
- Understanding of learning metrics and how to evaluate training effectiveness.
Don't worry if you don't meet every qualification—let us be the judge! Studies show that many qualified candidates from under-represented groups hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement. We are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive team and strongly encourage you to submit your application.
