- Own intake, coordination, and responses for complex compliance questionnaires.
- Maintain active trackers and ensure all deadlines, owners, and progress are up to date.
Draft first responses using existing tools and maintain a central knowledge base of approved content. - Coordinate inputs across Sales, Finance, Operations, Security, and Legal teams.
Support the contracting process for a key product, including version control, approvals, and handovers. - Assist with RFP coordination as capacity allows, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Continuously improve processes and maintain accurate documentation.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 3+ years’ experience in RFI/RFP/proposal coordination in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Proven experience managing complex documentation workflows with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with contracting processes (RFPs, MSAs, DPAs, licensing agreements).
- Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or GDPR.
- Experience working with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, or InfoSec teams.
- Familiarity with procurement portals (e.g., Ariba).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Proficiency with collaboration and content tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Project or proposal management certifications are a plus, but not essential.
