Digital Diagnostics is looking for a Senior Manager/ Manager of Market Access and Health Policy to help support our commercial teams in all matters related to reimbursement and health policy. You will have the opportunity to work on the most cutting-edge challenges in reimbursement and healthcare quality and find passion in finding solutions to these issues.

The Senior Manager/ Manager of Market Access and Health Policy will:

  • Address questions associated with reimbursement and quality measures from existing and potential accounts in collaboration with commercial teams
  • Build and maintain payer relationships through consistent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze US reimbursement and quality measure trends, including coding challenges, payment amounts, fee schedules, coverage status, and quality measure specifications
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, anticipate and address reimbursement issues
  • Track and analyze reimbursement data to identify areas of improvement and make appropriate recommendations
  • Summarize key trends in reimbursement and quality measures for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally to analyze reimbursement issues and act as the subject matter expert for internal partners
  • Identify market needs and create content for training and commercial assets.
  • Lead reimbursement sales training efforts for new hires and advanced training for commercial teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other departments to gather insights and ensure alignment with market needs and customer expectations
  • Maintain strong compliance with all relevant internal policies, compliance, and legal requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • BA/BS with at least 5 years of industry experience in account management, sales, marketing, payer relations or product development
  • 2 plus years of experience in market access (reimbursement and payer relations) in the US
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and understand healthcare policies
  • Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding, and HEDIS measures
  • Familiarity with health insurance claim forms, explanation of benefits, EMR/ Practice Mgmt systems a plus
  • Comfortable working with billing and medical claims personnel in various health care settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to engage with pipeline and existing customers
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across all key internal and external stakeholders, including executive management
  • Positive attitude to embrace occasional special projects as part of collaborative team or individual contributor
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop solutions, and drive toward targeted results.
  • General interest and passion in health policy, reimbursement, and market access for emerging technologies in digital health
  • Previous experience in medical device or health technology products in a regulated environment strongly preferred
