The Facilities Manager - Capital & Special Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing small-scale construction, renovation, and facilities projects across multiple sites within a geographic region or national portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years experience in Facilities or Construction
- General knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Fire/Life Safety and Energy Management)
- Facilities or Construction project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
- Negotiation Skills
- Project Management Knowledge
- Ability to manage vendors
- Strong Detail Orientation
- Proposal and Invoice Analysis
