DexCare has an exciting and unique opportunity for individuals to get in on the ground floor of a Seattle-based health industry tech start-up with a well-established team and several large, respected health systems as customers. We seek an innovative and proven healthcare transformation leader to join the customer experience team as the Healthcare Finance Consultant. This is an expansion position driving utilization and adoption of the DexCare products through partnership with the health system to recognize the revenue cycle opportunity & drive ROI. In addition, this position will ensure the KPI’s related to revenue are tracked & shared throughout DexCare to drive product development. Additionally, they will utilize a data and a value-driven approach to share wins and establish credibility and trust with customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a finance/ROI consultant to healthcare system customers
  • Share the value of products internally providing data-driven, documented business case methodology
  • Present revenue concepts to customers to help drive adoption and utilization of product lines
  • Strategize with the customer to maximize ROI and define value stories
  • Capture precise requirements, success criteria, and KPIs for customer during implementation and throughout the customer journey as it relates to payment, insurance benefits/eligibility and revenue
  • Translate between financial and clinical teams at customers to ensure revenue opportunities are clearly defined and shared with DexCare product and engineering teams to drive and document value related to the customer requests
  • Partner with commercial to create scalable ROI models and KPI’s for new customers
  • Willingness to take the risk and bring innovative approaches to help the customer meet their goals
  • Aide in the commercial strategy for key accounts working alongside customers' financial and operational teams, including but not limited to data analysis for productivity, financial performance, healthcare financial modeling, and opportunities for expansion
  • Participate in the development of a growing customer community forum to share best practices, communicate revenue opportunities, and keep customers engaged through financial, clinical, and operational thought leadership

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience working within an enterprise health systemfinance or revenue cycledepartmentrequired; leadership experience preferred
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Analytics, or Healthcare Administration
  • Strong working knowledge of IDN, CPT, HCPCS, ICD- 9 & 10, physician billing/compensation, & health care compliance
  • Expert level understanding of Healthcare Business Models, Financial Proformas, and Insurance & Medicare/ Medicaid Reimbursement processes
  • Evidence of strategyand businessdevelopment for revenue improvement
  • Proven ability to maximize cash flow for organization while maintaining and improving customer relationships
