Devoted Studios is looking for a DEV Game Producer

We are hiring worldwide and its 100% remote.

GOALS

• Building strong, motivated, and loyal production dev team
• Illuminating inefficiencies throughout the production process to grow and support distributed asset creation
• Maintain high-level satisfaction of clients and vendors at all times
• Integration of Agile Methodologies into the production projects
• Develop and execute Management strategy
• Introduce trackable KPIs and quarterly reports on achieving those KPIs
• Maintain Devoted branding and style when sharing documents with Clients

MAJOR ZONES OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead projects management from A to Z
• Lead planning and agile sprints for the project
• Use and adopt studio's best practices, tools, templates and processes and apply them to the projects
• Manage external game production, upsell alerts
• Timely reports and transparency on production process (project status, finance reports, sprints repots, milestone delivery report, demo report, retrospectives)
• Lead external communication with the clients and vendors
• Manage and own task estimates with the team, roadmap, delivery schedule, identify and timely communicate risks, identify critical path impediments
• Own project P&L and ensure the projects are created within the estimated budget, timely alert risks
• Collaborate with the leads on the quality bar for a variety of game development disciplines
• Work with engineering production, and other disciplines to ensure a collaborative, efficient approach to the creative development of the game

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track and maintain high satisfaction level of the clients
• Track and maintain high satisfaction level of the external teams is engaged on the project
• Lead production meetings with clients and vendors and create actionable items for the team
• Jira setup for the Project, including adding vendors and tasks
• Tempo Reports
• Timely fill in Project Efficiency Tasks, including Project Margin changes and respond to requests of Operations and Finance
• Support with scouting for new talent
• Timely rise to BD and Lead Producer any project challenges or change requests
• Ongoing communication with the vendors, maintain high spirit on the project and help resolve issues
• Keep Team informed of Schedule Changes and manage them delivering accordingly
• Scheduling and managing the projects, reporting
• Conflict mitigation and problem solving with the clients and vendors

Requirements

Role Requirements:

• 5 years minimum experience in project management
• Understanding of engineering pipelines
• Experience working with Jira
• Experience with project management and delivering to required schedules and deadlines
• Experience in game industry-standard software
• Experience in a leadership position
• Conflict mitigation and problem solving skills
• Scrum Certified
• Strong skills in Agile Methodologies
• Highly organized, proactive, and responsible
• English Level Upper-Intermediate
• Successful launch of several projects on time and within budget
