Creative Tech |Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer drives the vision and execution of high-impact design solutions.
This position involves leading design initiatives, mentoring team members, and shaping the user
experience strategy across products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from discovery to delivery.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across the entire product(s)
• Partner with leadership to define product vision, user experience goals, and design
• strategies, translating product goals into innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing in collaboration with ux research to gather
• insights, identify potential pain points, and advocate for user needs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, setting standards for consistency,
• scalability, and accessibility. Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and
• mid-level designers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking
• opportunities to improve our design processes and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability
• to deliver impactful solutions (bonus points if you are familiar with B2B applications)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch etc. (We use Figma)
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing
• Exceptional understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards,
• and usability best practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile workflows (especially Scrum) and experience with project
• management tools such as Jira.
• Proven expertise in designing, maintaining, and evolving design systems, along with
• developing thoughtful and scalable reusable components.
• Bonus points if you’re an active member of the design community.
