- You can communicate context, recommendations, and rationale to relevant internal and/or external stakeholders to drive towards buy-in
- You demonstrate the ability to take a step back and question/ensure that work proposed/being done is maximizing client value delivery.
- You can synthesize input from various team members to drive to a solution.
- You can serve as a strategic advisor in client discussions and solution design, including during sales pitches, workshops, and discovery phases.
- You can collaborate with marketing, client engagement, and analytics teams to define personalization use cases and CDP-enabled strategies.
- You can design and implement data solutions that enable cross-channel personalization and customer journey orchestration.
- You can translate complex data architectures and CDP capabilities into business-focused presentations and proposals for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You can act as a subject matter expert for integration with personlization tools like Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Adobe RT-CDP, or similar.
