Paralegal

We are looking for knowledgeable, motivated and engaged paralegals from across the UK to join our innovative Legal Delivery Centre. The role will be placed within our Corporate Lending and Real Estate Finance team, where you will work as part of a team to deliver paralegal support to our Corporate Lending and Real Estate Finance Banking team.

Requirements

• A qualification in law, minimum 2.1 (Degree, Graduate Diploma in Law).
• LPC or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
• Previous Banking paralegal experience.
• Demonstrable interest in Corporate Lending and Real Estate Finance.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to work well in urgent situations and to very tight deadlines (essential).
• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage several tasks at once.
• Ability to work accurately with precise attention to detail.
• Demonstrate motivation and initiative.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to deal effectively with Partners and professionals across the firm.
• Sociable and collaborative with others.
