Your tasks
- Complete and Timely Invoicing: Responsible for generating invoices for specific Dennemeyer services and products based on internal sources of information.
- Maintain Customer Information Database: Create and maintain a comprehensive list of customer invoicing requirements to ensure accurate billing.
- Monthly Closing Process: Ensure all invoices and services are posted or accrued at month-end as part of the monthly closing process.
- Client Request Management: Professionally handle client inquiries and provide accurate and efficient resolutions via phone, email, and/or online portal.
- Accounts Receivable: Support the international Accounts Receivable Team with follow up on open invoices.
- Efficient Communication: Ensure clear and efficient communication of invoice-related information to other Dennemeyer departments and customers globally.
- Long-Term Vision: Contribute to the integration of automated invoicing systems and the necessary processes.
Your profile
- Proven Experience in Documentation Management: Demonstrated experience in roles that involve comprehensive documentation and document management.
- Financial Knowledge and Attention to Detail: Basic understanding of financial topics with an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in financial dealings.
- Numerical Proficiency: Comfortable and skilled in working with numbers, capable of performing calculations and analyses.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Finance or Accounting Expertise: a minimum of 3 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or similar invoicing systems.
- Fluency in English: Proficient in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms.
- Quick Learner of Computer Systems: Ability to rapidly understand and navigate different computer systems and online portals.
- Positive and Proactive Mindset: A positive attitude with a proactive approach to challenges and a strong ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Independent and Team-Oriented: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
