What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in Post-Production coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What will you do?
- Prepare and format emails to deliver reports and invoices to clients
- Upload electronic reports to client portal websites, using accurate naming conventions
- Create links for electronic report delivery
- Optimize and split reports as needed to meet client-specific requirements
- Print, bind, and ship reports, ensuring timely delivery
- Provide prompt responses to emails
- Train new Post-Production coordinators
- Review and interpret contracts to understand special delivery requirements, including electronic formats, hard copies, and specific invoicing instructions
