As an Functional Specialist in the Darwinbox Implementation Team, the role will support clients in connecting Darwinbox s HCM suite with various internal and third-party systems like Recruitment, Core and Other functional modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of Darwinbox Functional Modules with an experience of at least 3 + years in Darwinbox implementation/support.
- Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with Senior executives and line of business representatives.
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and proposing resolutions.
- Effective time management skill
- Client handling and Darwinbox system implementation (Transition)
