Hiring an SAP HR Consultant with experience in SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors (SFSF) modules. Candidate should have strong HR processes and payroll expertise, ideally for Mining or O&G workforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP ECC HCM modules: PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll.
- Implement and support SFSF modules (Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, etc.).
- Perform integration between ECC HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Support compliance requirements, statutory payroll, and time schemas.
- Conduct testing, documentation, training, and production support.
- Optimize HR workflows and employee lifecycle processes.
Required Skills
- 5–12+ years experience in SAP HCM & Payroll.
- Strong ECC Payroll knowledge + hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
- Integration knowledge using CPI or middleware tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Mining/Oil & Gas workforce, shift rotations, contractor management, and time evaluation.
- Exposure to large-scale payroll and complex labor regulations.
