Partner Manager, Programs & Enablement

Deepgram is seeking a Partner Manager, Programs & Enablement to join our team. The Partner Manager will be responsible for the operational excellence and health of the broader partner ecosystem, establishing clear, repeatable processes for partner onboarding, enablement, and overall program management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in program management, partner operations, or a similar role within the technology industry.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and scaling partner programs or similar channel initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate complex program details clearly.
• A process-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret program data and drive actionable improvements.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to work cross-departmentally to set and achieve shared goals.
