Deel is seeking an exceptional leader to build and scale our APAC Mid-Market sales organization. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value deals and leading high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- 5+ years of experience in second-line management (managing managers) and leading multi-layer sales teams
- Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Significant experience selling across the APAC region
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-value, multi-year deals
- Experience selling into companies with 200+ employees (Mid-Market segment)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets at scale
