Location: Remote - West Coast Preferred

The Role

As a QA Engineer for UGG.com, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our e-commerce platform delivers an exceptional user experience. You’ll collaborate with development, product, marketing, and design teams to test and refine web-based UI features, helping shape the digital face of one of the world’s most beloved brands. Operating as a valued member of an Agile team, your work will directly impact the quality, accessibility, and performance of UGG.com, making shopping seamless and inspiring for our customers.

Your Impact

  • Champion the quality of UGG.com’s digital experience by rigorously testing web-based UI features, ensuring every customer interaction is seamless, accessible, and engaging.
  • Collaborate across development, product, marketing, and design teams to shape innovative solutions, providing insightful feedback that elevates both user experience and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in Agile ceremonies, sharing your expertise, and helping the team deliver high-impact releases with confidence.
  • Set the standard for performance and compliance, making sure UGG.com meets ADA and web performance benchmarks—so every visitor feels welcome and valued.
  • Empower the team with your guidance, transforming development tickets into polished, reliable features that inspire trust and loyalty in our customers.

Your work will directly influence how millions experience the UGG brand online, making you a key player in our mission to deliver excellence, every step of the way.

Who You Are

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a software-related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in QA, specifically in web development
  • Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Solid grasp of UX and UI principles in the context of QA
  • Ability to understand and communicate best practices to cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with ADA and compliance standards (e.g., Core Web Vitals)
  • Experience with QA frameworks
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
