Job Responsibilities

• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting infrastructure and monthly variance analysis using budgets and models you develop.
• Assist with ongoing financial budget/forecast revisions focusing on cost reduction.
• Proactively assist Cost Center Managers in the budget and financial planning process.
• Prepare short and long-range projections utilizing forecasting and financial analytic techniques to assess the impact of budget/forecast initiatives on cost centers.
• Participate in revenue and cost forecasting, analyzing the financial implications of operational drivers, and recommending actions based upon findings.
• Proactively identify and expand ways for the FP&A function to impact the business.
• Ad hoc financial analysis including modeling for strategic decision support.

Role Details

• Industry: Finance
• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
• Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
• Salary package: PHP 120,000 - 150,000

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Extensive experience in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel modeling
• Must be able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and self-motivated
• Proactive problem-solving skills including the ability to define possible solutions, foresee issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Analytical skills, flexibility, and ability to adapt to dynamic expectations.
• Ability to organize, interpret and analyze large volumes of data.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with company leaders and Cost Center Managers.

Additional Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, or Budgeting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.
• Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA or CFP) is a plus but not required.
• Workday Adaptive Financial Planning knowledge is a plus but not required.
