The DCX Client Services - Home Based Promotional Online Support Specialist that will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)

Salary Range: 35,000 - 40,000
Job Responsibilities
Build complete stores on our platforms (Shopify)
Opening custom URLs if needed
Configuring stores to specific client use cases (free products, ordering one time, order approvals, etc.)
Setting payment methods
Setting up shipping options
Creating products and categories
Customizing the homepage, colors, and UI tweaks
Uploading customers (uploading customers if the store requires)
Adding gift cards (if the store requires)
Testing orders & inbox/Ship Station links
Manage opening shared inboxes
Run reports
Product updates
Website updates
Store build reporting to accounting Uploading
Uploading Customers
Communicate with Liftoff on store building problem solving
Connect stores to Ship Station
Track time spent on each store and tasks on the online store calendar to ensure pricing is correctly aligned.
Help to automate some steps to make the store more efficient for our ACPMs.
Updating online store Ops calendar with new stores and timeline
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce Customer Support, or any related roles.
Knowledge of different CMS and CRM systems as well as the skill of fast learning.
Software that will be used
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
