Scrum Master

DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach and guide the team on Agile principles and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure successful sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Monitor team performance and metrics to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Salesforce projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Scrum Master in a Salesforce project is mandatory.
• Great capacity to work in autonomy and make things happen, in an agile way.
  In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with practical experience implementing Agile practices in software development projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly recommended.
• Fluent in English is mandatory (Portuguese or French are nice to have).
• Experience working on the SAFe framework is a big plus.
• Work on a location with CET timezone.
• Once a quarter, mandatory travel to Lyon or Lisbon.
