Für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes Pharmaunternehmen in Basel/Kaiseraugst, suchen wir einen Infrastruktur Supporter (m/w/d).

Hintergrund

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in bringt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik mit und hat bereits fundierte Kenntnisse von Windows Servern und zusätzlich IT Service Management Erfahrung. Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch werden ebenfalls vorausgesetzt. Aufgrund des Pikettdienstes sollte der Wohnort des Kandidaten/der Kandidatin nicht weiter als 60 Minuten Fahrtweg entfernt liegen.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Entgegennehmen, Bearbeiten und Lösen von ICT-Störungsmeldungen, Anfragen und Änderungswünschen
  • Incident und Problem Management
  • Planung, Installation und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur, einschliesslich Server, Netzwerke und Arbeitsplätze
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Systemperformance sowie Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Fehlerbehebungen
  • Verwaltung und Installation von Applikationen über eine Softwareverteilung Lösung
  • Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Pflege des IT-Inventars
  • Mitarbeit in IT Projekten und System Erweiterungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT Partner und Lieferanten
  • 7x24 Pikettdienst

Must Haves

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich InformatikFundierte Kenntnisse von Windows Servern, Netzwerktechnologien und Virtualisierungstechniken
  • Erfahrung im Management von Systemen, Applikationen und Infrastruktur im Manufacturing und Packaging Area
  • Erfahrung mit Backup und Imaging Lösungen
  • IT Service Management Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit CSV & GMP
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss (in Wort und Schrift)

Nice to Haves

  • Erfahrung in einem pharmazeutischen Umfeld
