As a Staff Project Manager, you will drive the mission of our Professional Services team by ensuring the success of every project and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will lead commercial delivery of services, serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, and shape the success of engagements by managing risks and aligning cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale data, analytics, or AI/ML projects
Extensive experience successfully managing and overseeing projects with teams of up to 5 people
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with data lakehouse architecture or modern data platforms
Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, solution architects, sales, and partners
Skilled in driving structured governance, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating executive-level communication
