Enterprise Architect
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to drive the transformation of enterprise telephony and contact centre platforms, transitioning from Amazon-based solutions (such as Amazon Connect) to Genesys.
This position operates within a Telecom and Digital Front Office ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement platforms, telephony systems, OSS/BSS integrations, and digital channels.
The Enterprise Architect will define the target architecture, guide the migration strategy, and establish governance frameworks to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and take ownership of enterprise-wide architecture for telephony and contact centre transformation
- Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from Amazon-based telephony platforms to Genesys
- Develop and document current, transitional, and target state architectures
- Build architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals
- Architect integrations across OSS/BSS, front-office billing, and digital platforms
- Ensure seamless interoperability between telephony platforms and enterprise systems
- Apply modern integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, scalable architectures).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect in telecom or large-scale contact centre environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in telephony and contact centre solutions, including:
- Genesys platforms (Cloud, Engage, or CX)
- Migration experience from Amazon Connect or similar Amazon-based telephony systems
- Solid understanding of OSS/BSS frameworks and telecom operating models
- Experience working with front-office billing systems and digital customer platforms
- Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud architectures
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, resilient, and secure architectural solutions
