About the Role

Were looking for 5 Senior Data Scientists to join high-impact, international projects in the retail and CPG industry. Youll be working with a stealth-mode, US-based AI company that is transforming how enterprise retailers make strategic decisions through data science and machine learning.

As part of this team, youll design predictive models, work on demand forecasting, and prototype innovative solutions that drive real business impact for global brands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Data Exploration & Analysis: Work with structured and unstructured datasets to discover trends and uncover actionable insights.

• Model Development: Build and train machine learning models focused on price elasticity, demand forecasting, and business optimization.

• Rapid Prototyping: Develop POCs and MVPs to test ideas and deliver measurable outcomes quickly.

• Data Storytelling: Create visualizations and presentations that make complex insights clear for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to deploy scalable, production-ready ML solutions.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 4+ years in the retail or CPG space, especially in pricing models or demand forecasting.

• Programming: Strong experience with Python (pandas, OOP) and SQL.

• Modeling & Forecasting: Proficiency in time series analysis, optimization, and predictive analytics.

• Visualization & Communication: Ability to turn data into compelling narratives.

• Big Data Tools: Experience with Spark, PySpark, or Azure Databricks.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ML tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Jupyter, NumPy

• Basic experience with web prototyping tools such as Flask, Plotly, or Streamlit

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and model deployment

• Exposure to cloud security and compliance is a plus
