Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive business growth and expand market share across HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration products. The role involves managing and nurturing strategic relationships with key OEM customers, identifying opportunities, and creating and executing tailored account plans. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, ability to build lasting customer relationships, and experience in account management, sales, or business development within HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration.
Requirements
- Education in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development within HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration, ideally with OEM focus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating and executing successful sales strategies in fast-paced markets
- Ability to work independently and effectively in global, multicultural teams
