We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager. The goal is to achieve profitable sales targets and market expansion to support strategic growth plans within his territory.

As a self-driven Account Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability of sales and customer relationships of assigned distribution accounts. You will plan, coordinate, and execute all sales efforts to achieve objectives and obtain a portfolio share while maintaining a professional relationship with each customer and working closely with Danfoss Business Units.

We're looking for candidates within Central and East Europe. This position can be hybrid or fully remote.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Develops and implements targeted growth plans, fostering strong and diverse customer relationships to surpass set objectives.
• Proactively identifies and nurtures new sales opportunities through effective management and utilization of our CRM system.
• Recognizes and addresses diverse customer needs, offering tailored solutions aligned with our business unit's goals and values.
• Cultivates robust and inclusive relationships with stakeholders across existing accounts, valuing diversity and inclusion in every interaction.
• Collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support and communication, catering to the unique needs of each customer.
• Skillfully manages indirect customer relations, prioritizing inclusivity and customer satisfaction to drive sales growth.
• Establishes significant connections with key decision-makers at all levels of customer organizations, embracing diversity and inclusivity in our partnerships.
• Promotes current solutions and innovations, by showcasing the diverse applications and benefits of our offerings to maximize market penetration.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Strong academic background in Mechanical/Fluid Engineering or equivalent studies.
• 3 to 5 years of experience gained in similar roles (in the hydraulics field a big plus).
• Ability to operate in a complex and international environment.
• Ability to influence high-level engagement and relationship building, Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Fluent in English, business Polish is a big plus (written & spoken).
• Willingness to travel.
• Curious mindset, self-starter, and motivated individual.
