The job requires a Global Head/Director of Account and Liquidity Management to own and scale the company's liquidity ecosystem, driving commercial growth by deepening existing partnerships, expanding the liquidity provider network, and ensuring best-in-class execution quality on the platform. The role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a focus on institutional relationship management, business development, and trading infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making — with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrable track record of onboarding and managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or prime brokerage clients.
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity, and exchange infrastructure.
- Strong existing network across institutional trading firms, market makers, OTC desks, and/or traditional finance counterparties.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage multi-stakeholder relationships at C-suite level.
- Exceptional analytical skills — comfortable working with trading data, liquidity metrics, and P&L attribution.
- Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions (APAC, EMEA, Americas) with sensitivity to regional regulatory environments.
