We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team in Reykjavik (Iceland). If you're fluent in Icelandic language and have a good command of English, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality customer support via chat, voice, or email (ticketing)
- Handle inquiries related to product issues, logistics, and general concerns
- Respond to customer queries promptly to enhance service efficiency and user experience
- Log customer feedback professionally and relay relevant insights to the internal team
- Maintain a patient, professional, and friendly tone to reduce complaints and boost satisfaction
- Identify and escalate high-risk or sensitive cases quickly and accurately
Position Details:
- Location: Remote (Iceland)
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (continuous schedule – not part-time)
- Experience in customer service roles, but not required
