We are seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the dual role of Sales QA and Sales Enablement Specialist. This position requires a multifaceted approach to ensure the efficiency and productivity of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while optimizing our sales processes.
Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage lead enrichment and associated processes, including data management and system analysis.
- Oversee CRM management and ensure data accuracy for streamlined operations.
- Research, gather relevant information, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline communications and data handoffs.
- Enrich lead scoring, reporting, and lead flow for effective outreach.
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) audits to enhance Sales team efficiency.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot for optimizing workflow efficiencies and providing crucial assistance to BDRs.
- Implement meticulous crawling and scrubbing processes for new leads to maintain data relevance.
- Take ownership of lead enrichment tasks and ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with Operations to improve overall workflow efficiencies.
Minor Responsibilities:
- Facilitate calibration sessions, team meetings, and huddles to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Communicate with BDRs to address inquiries, support lead-related activities, and conduct 1 on 1 coaching calls.
- Help train new team members and provide ongoing guidance for long-term success.
- Generate, analyze, and report KPIs and insights to stakeholders for performance evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales and/or Audit.
- Preference for 1-2 years of experience in data analytics.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, data management, or B2B sales.
- Minimum of 6 months of CRM experience.
- Preferred 1-2 years of client success and end-to-end sales experience.
