[REMOTE] Data Scientist

CrazyGames.com - one of the world’s largest browser games platforms - is looking for a remote Data Scientist. You will be joining the Data Team, working in a fully remote company - together with the Product and Engineering team, You will bring our Recommendation Systems and Machine Learning models to the next level. Personalised game recommendation is one of the most important factor for a platform with more than 3 thousands games used by more than 50 Million users per month.

Key outcomes for the role:

• Within 1 month, you have a good understanding of the existing models, the data pipeline, and have devised a plan of actions for potential improvements;

• Within 3 months, you have improved one recommendation use case on our platform with a measurable platform-wide user engagement uplift of 1%;

• Within 6 months, you have put in production at least one new recommendation use case with a measurable platform-wide user engagement uplift of 3%;

• Within 12 months, you have successfully applied data science solutions in multiple places to improve the user experience, with a measurable platform-wide user engagement uplift of 5%

On a typical day you might:

• Implement Machine Learning algorithms.

• Apply new Machine Learning & AI techniques to improve the platform.

• Manage data-driven experiments to improve our model performances.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering team to translate your ideas into work.

• Support teams in understanding trends and analysing changes in user behaviour.

Requirements

• You have working experience as a Data Scientist. Bonus points if you have worked on recommendation systems.

• You have knowledge or experience with the most common Machine Learning techniques and algorithms.

• You can train and implement Machine Learning models and improve existing ones.

• You can effectively communicate complex technical issues to various stakeholders.

• You have experience interpreting analytics data to drive design choices.

• You are intelligent, efficient, and organized. You have an attention to detail.

• You like open, efficient, and to-the-point communication and you have experience in working remotely.
