Requirements
Skills we’re looking for:
- LinkedIn strategy: Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn for business development and sales, including creating and implementing effective strategies to reach European markets.
- Project management: Experience or knowledge of project management methodologies to oversee the workflow of the team.
- Sales and marketing: Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, with the ability to create and execute strategies to promote the agency's services in European countries.
- UX/UI design awareness: Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles to ensure the alignment of the strategy with design goals.
- Data analysis: Ability to analyze data related to business performance, sales metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Multilingualism: Proficiency in English is a must (B2-C1, both written and verbal), and additional languages relevant to European markets would be a valuable asset.
- Presentation skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategy ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Time management: Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure the overall success of the strategy.
