Client Trainer II (Retail) is responsible for delivering high-impact, educational and consulting content to Cox Automotive dealer clients. The successful Client Trainer II will exhibit a passion for high level customer satisfaction, understand the client needs, and be able to apply strategies that drive the dealer’s business model.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience in a related field
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Comfortable with extensive weekly and overnight travel
- Exceptional listening skills, ability to problem solve, and patience with customers of all skill levels
