Tasks

What You Will Do?

• Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team including Brand, Social Media & PR, Retail Media, and Design across Spain and Italy, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Mentor and guide team members to support their professional development while aligning their efforts with the overall business strategy for the Southern European market.
• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies bases on global COSMO strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and market share within Spain and Italy.
• Define and track market-specific KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI across both countries including effective P&L management
• Strengthen and increase brand awareness, visibility and customer loyalty in Spain and Italy through culturally relevant and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct and analyse market research and consumer insights
• Possess deep knowledge of regional marketing channels (digital, retail media, social media, influencer marketing, traditional media, etc.) and how to effectively leverage them within Spain and Italy
• Apply strategic thinking to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Spanish and Italian markets to ensure long-term growth
• Close cooperation with KAM’s to create MKT support for retails client’s
• Manage relationships with local agencies, partners, and freelancers, ensuring the successful execution of localized campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead training and development programs to continuously upskill the regional marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.

Requirements

What We Expect from You?

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading marketing teams and crafting effective marketing strategies for Spain, Italy, or comparable Southern European markets
• Fluent English and Spanish language is a must
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG and retail industry, media planning, and digital marketing practices in Spain and Italy
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams across diverse cultural contexts
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret performance metrics and make strategic decisions—experience working with tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or equivalent regional platforms is a plus
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced, agile environments
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong drive for innovation and improvement
• Familiarity with KPIs and performance indicators specific to sales-driven and brand-building marketing in Southern Europe.
