Core10 is seeking a Senior Salesforce Shield Engineer (1099) to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Shield Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security controls within Salesforce to ensure the protection and privacy of sensitive data. You will work closely with our development and security teams to design, implement, and support Salesforce Shield features and capabilities.

Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement security controls in Salesforce utilizing Salesforce Shield
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security requirements and ensure their successful implementation
- Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities
- Provide guidance and support to development teams on best practices for secure coding and configuration
- Perform security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address security gaps
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging security technologies
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or development
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Shield features, including Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption, and Data Masking
- Experience with security concepts and best practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance, such as GDPR and CCPA
- Proficiency in writing APEX code and developing custom solutions in Salesforce
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points:
- Salesforce certifications, particularly in Security and Compliance
- Experience with financial services or fintech industry
- Experience with other security tools and technologies, such as SIEM and vulnerability scanners
