What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and content creation
What will you do?
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and private messaging on behalf of the executive team.
- Manage and coordinate the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings and creating calendar invites.
- Alert the executive team to any new meetings scheduled and ensure they are prepared.
- Spend 10 minutes per week on QuickBooks to assist with financial tracking.
- Check and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for two in-person meetings per month, including ordering food and coordinating logistics.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn and interact with other posts to increase engagement.
- Assist in scheduling and managing newsletters
- Other tasks requested by the management.
