Electrical Estimator (AU Construction, WFH)

Salary: P60,000 - P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3 + years related experience (AU experience required)
• simPRO Job Management System and/or Groundplan Take-off software experience.
• Prior experience with an Australian company, preferably an Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC company.
• Prior experience in the electrical trade either in the field or engineering background.
• Prior experience with Auto-cad & Monday.com

Nice to Have:

• Job Management Software experience

What will you do?

• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Set up projects utilising existing templates and prebuilds in our job management system and take-off software.
• Perform take-offs, calculate material quantities, and estimate labor costs based on project scope, utilising our take-off software and job management system.
• Issue pricing requests to suppliers/sub-contractors for lighting packages, switchboard packages and specialty trades (CCTV, Security, Solar etc).
• Prepare and submit tender proposals to our current estimator for review.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the project and provide value engineering suggestions where applicable.
• Maintain and update estimating databases and systems to ensure accurate cost information is readily available.
• Maintain and increase knowledge on Australian Standards and methodologies.
• Provide support to the project delivery team during construction to ensure consistency between the estimate and actual costs.
