Project Specialist - Bilingual (English and Spanish)

The Role

As the Project Specialist, you must be an expert at managing a variety of projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously. You must be a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced working environment and enjoys working both in a collaborative group environment or autonomously. You will align with key stakeholders from our Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams while effectively owning marketing dashboards, timelines, and calendars.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in a similar role, and must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. (Additional languages would be a bonus as we expand internationally.) This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and work closely with internal and external teams while assisting with our global expansion. This position will be fully remote, with a preference for candidates in Central and Mountain time zones within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing our global expansion efforts and implementing brand marketing strategies in new markets, including expansion in North America, South America and Central America
• Collaborate with several internal departments, such as our Operations and Sales Team, as well as subdivisions under the Marketing Team to gather all necessary information for marketing timelines and strategies
• Effectively communicate market or campaign changes/updates to all teams
• Manage marketing timelines and calendars to ensure all critical dates are defined and communicated as well as proactively identify gaps and escalate issues
• Assist with creating new processes to improve efficiency, cross-department communication, and distributor relations
• Provide status updates, recaps, reports and track progress
• Work with external teams such as international distributors and print vendors for trade marketing assets
• Create POs and properly track invoices for our Accounting Team

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in similar role - this is an associate-level position.
• Bilingual and highly proficient in both English and Spanish - additional languages are a bonus as we are expanding internationally!

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working with a CPG or lifestyle brand
• General understanding of Marketing terminology and basic strategies
• Experience working with international markets is a plus
• Familiar with project management tools and software: Monday, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Business proficiency level utilizing Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Confident in presenting decks and public speaking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with a deep attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and a diligence to deadlines
• A proactive problem-solver who loves to create and improve processes’ efficiency and quality
