Associate Data Operations Analyst

Associate data operations analysts are responsible for the organization and maintenance of our data, ensuring accuracy and integrity while also developing new ways to improve efficiency. They will work closely with the Analysts / Specialists / SMEs to develop and implement processes and procedures for data entry, storage, and retrieval.

An Associate Data Operations Analyst should have a good understanding of best practices, can execute tasks with limited supervision from others. Individuals will create intermediate level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the Analysts and Specialists assigned to work with them, at the same time they also need to ask questions and ensure there is complete understanding of the expectations.

What You’ll Do 🛠️

• Maintain and update mapping tables and working files using internal systems and proprietary software 💻
• Monitor data traffic and schedules; source, cleanse, and verify incoming data 📊
• Analyze datasets and respond to queries from business teams and clients 🕵️‍♂️
• Generate reports to assess and improve filing quality 📑
• Support project initiatives and collaborate with global colleagues 🌍
• Prepare and maintain clear process documentation 📝
• Capture operational changes and escalate issues when necessary 🚨
• Contribute to process improvements by building checks and controls in consultation with Analysts and Specialists 🔍
• Identify data inconsistencies and variances; raise incident reports proactively ⚠️
• Manage timelines and reporting deliverables ⏰
• Create filings and load data into the Confluence regulatory platform 🗂️
• Execute calculations and perform validation checks on all deliverables ✔️

Your Background 🎓

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Background in Financial / Investment Services or SaaS industry
• Relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institute
