Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack Java developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience working with Docker in development and production environments
- Proven experience deploying applications to GCP or other cloud platforms
- Good command of PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, queries)
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required
- Comfortable working in Agile, remote-first environments
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
