Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior UiPath Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade automation solutions using the UiPath platform. The role requires deep hands-on expertise across the UiPath product suite and the ability to integrateAI, Document Understanding, and intelligent decisioning into automation workflows.

This position plays a critical role in driving automation maturity, mentoring teams, ensuring solution quality, and advancing AI-led automation adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Design & Development

• Lead end-to-end development of complex automation solutions usingUiPath Studio
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation architectures usingREFramework and custom frameworks
• Build unattended and attended automations aligned with enterprise standards
• Implement robustexception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and resiliency patterns
• Integrate automation with enterprise systems usingAPIs, databases, web services, ERP, legacy systems

UiPath Platform & Product Suite

• Strong hands-on expertise across the UiPath ecosystem:
  • UiPath Studio
  • Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, jobs, folders, robots)
  • Document Understanding (classification, extraction, validation)
  • AI Center / AI Fabric (model deployment, inference integration)
  • Action Center (human-in-the-loop workflows)
  • Integration Service / Apps
  • Insights & monitoring
• Optimize bot performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments
• Support orchestrator setup, multi-environment deployments, and release management

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Design and implementAI-augmented automations using:
  • Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
  • OCR engines (native & third-party)
  • ML models via UiPath AI Center
• Collaborate with data science / AI teams to integrate custom or third-party ML models
• Lead POCs forAI-driven use cases, including unstructured data processing and cognitive decisioning
• Contribute to adoption ofgenerative AI / agentic automation concepts where applicable

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Perform code reviews and enforce automation best practices and governance standards
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
• Provide technical input for solution design, estimates, and delivery planning
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Drive reuse through shared libraries, components, and frameworks
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise IT standards

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with business analysts, process owners, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and solution documents
• Maintain comprehensive documentation: design documents, runbooks, SOPs, KT materials
• Support UAT, hypercare, and production stabilization phases
