Requirements
- High level of Dutch (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes at Volkswagen Group.
