Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server programs. Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing. This job has to be a career accelerator for hundreds of engineers over the years. You will be a trusted advisor, a specialist the room is looking to for guidance and adherence for best practices, risk mitigation.

Requirements:

AD, Windows Server :

• Architectural Strategy: Design and implement enterprise-scale Azure Landing Zones (ALZ) to ensure a governed, secure, and scalable multi-subscription environment.
• Hybrid & On-Prem Migration: Lead end-to-end migrations from on-premises data centers to Azure. Utilize Azure Local (formerly Azure Stack HCI) and Azure Arc to manage hybrid resources and extend Azure services to edge locations.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the lifecycle of Azure VMs, including rightsizing, automated patching, and performance tuning.
• Advanced Networking: Design complex network topologies including Hub-and-Spoke, Azure Virtual WAN, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute to ensure low-latency, secure connectivity.
• BCDR & Security: Develop and test comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans using Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and Azure Backup.
• Governance & Compliance: Implement Azure Policy and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to maintain compliance

• 5+ years of experience with DNS/DHCP

• 5+ years of experience with Hyper-V

Active Directory:

• Experience with EntraID

• Five or more years of experience in systems development, network operations, software support, technical support, product development, or I.T. consulting with a working knowledge of

• Windows Server Operating System knowledge which includes understanding of NTFS/Share Permissions

• File Sharing, Performance Monitoring, Event logging, Task Manager, Windows Firewall, User and Group Management

• Active Directory concepts such as Kerberos, LDAP, Sites and Security Groups

• Understanding of TCP/IP and other networking services: DNS, WINS, DHCP, Routing

• Familiar with TCP/IP Network Management firewall management Skill

• Language Requirements:

• Fluent Italian

• Proficient English
