Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Identity & Microsoft Entra ID
Role Overview
As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in Microsoft Global Delivery, you will provide deep technical expertise in Identity and Access Management, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID. You will support enterprise customers in designing, securing, operating, and modernizing identity architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor for identity, authentication, and access control scenarios, helping customers adopt Zero Trust principles while ensuring secure and scalable access to applications, devices, and data.

Key Responsibilities – Identity & Entra ID
- Act as a technical authority for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) within Global Delivery engagements
• Design and implement Entra ID tenant architectures aligned with security and business requirements
• Support hybrid identity scenarios including Entra Connect and Cloud Sync
• Design and troubleshoot Entra Join and Hybrid Join scenarios
Key Responsibilities – Security & Access Control
- Implement and optimize Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust identity patterns
• Design and support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Diagnose authentication, authorization, and sign-in issues
• Advise customers on identity governance, lifecycle management, and security posture
Key Responsibilities – Operations & Troubleshooting
- Investigate complex identity issues using logs, audit data, and sign-in reports
• Troubleshoot authentication protocols and access flows
• Support incident response and post-incident analysis for identity-related outages
• Collaborate with security, endpoint, and infrastructure teams on end-to-end solutions
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with hybrid identity, synchronization, and federation concepts
• Solid understanding of identity security, authentication, and authorization models
• Knowledge of Azure networking fundamentals as they relate to identity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise identity or security-focused roles
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and identity governance
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
