United States onlyThe Assistant Regional Controller will support the financial planning and analysis function for the region, develop sound annual budgets and forecasts, and improve financial performance by analyzing results and identifying trends. The role will also partner with the operations team to improve accuracy of weekly flash reports and provide decision support to drive revenue generation and cost containment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Experience in food service or similar service industry a plus
- Ability to motivate and work collaboratively with business partners, key team members, senior management, and client groups on various projects and initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in building efficient Excel models to improve productivity & PowerPoint to create client-facing presentations on financial performance
- Knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, or Essbase is a plus
- The individual must possess a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities, have strong organizational skills, and produce consistently accurate work
- Forward thinking, creative, detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
